Where can I find your size guide?

You can find our size guide here. Do note that this is just a general size guide and we're still in the process of creating a more comprehensive size guide for you huns!

How accurate is your size guide?

The measurements in our size guide are estimates. If you want more personal sizing suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com with your measurements so we can give you more accurate sizing recommendations.

I'm unsure about my size. Can I return the item if it doesn't fit?

Of course you can hun! As long as you comply with our requirements, which can be found in detail here, we'll gladly process your return. If you need more information regarding the sizes, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com with your measurements so we can give you more accurate sizing recommendations.

 

Return requirements in a nuthsell:

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your item, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag, size tag and hygiene sticker.

I am in between sizes, which size should I choose?

If you are planning on using the swimwear for active use, then we recommend the tighter fit as the swimwear will stretch. However, if you are planning on using it more for relaxation then the larger size is a better option.

Can I get sizing help?

Sure hun! Please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com with your measurements /  clothing size you usually go for, so we can give you personal sizing recommendations.

Do your items stretch in use?

If the item is a bit snug / tight, the material will stretch after using it a few times. The material of our swimwear is made to hug you in all the right places. Our items are made for an active lifestyle which is why they feel snug to begin with and stretch a little bit when used but keeping their original form. We recommend a tight fit in our swimwear.

Can I order a different size top & bottom?

Absolutely hun! All of our bikinis are sold as separate tops and bottoms. Create your own look!

Do you have anywhere I can try on Halla Halla?

Yes hun! Come try on your favourite sustainable swimwear at our Halla Halla Shop @Torikorttelit, Unioninkatu 25, 00170 Helsinki. We have a wide range of fun and colourful swimwear from multiple collections to choose from.

I heard your sizes run small, is this true?

Our sizes follow the standard European sizing so the items are true to there size. We did go one size up in 2019, so our sizing is not small anymore.

Items & Usage

The items I want / my size is unavailable - when will it be back in stock?

Get an email notification when the product becomes available by joining the product page. We will not use these emails on other marketing purposes. 

You can also email us info@hallaxhalla.com with the name of the item and size that you are interested in and we can let you know if and when more stock is coming. We also add returned items back to our webshop daily so we would advise you to check out our webshop regularly. Please note that we do not restock OUTLET items.

Ps. Act quickly when you find your faves! Our items are limited edition only and some styles may never be restocked again.

How long does it take to restock?

Our items are hand-made so production times are a bit longer. But we do try to get your faves back in  stock as fast as possible. You can email us info@hallaxhalla.com with the name and size of the item and we’ll let you know when your fave item is back in stock again!

We have various shipping options, so you can choose the perfect option for you. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order before we're able to ship it out to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally. You will see a more detailed representation of the locations and shipping costs upon checkout.

If your country is not listed please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com.

Do I need to pay for customs and duties?

The customer is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes levied by the respective country involved in your shipment. Halla Halla will not reimburse payments made for such.

Customs policies vary from country to country and we can not anticipate this. If you are unsure of charges and whether you will be affected, please inquire your local customs office first.

Can I pick up my webshop order from your shop?

Sure hun! Webshop orders can be picked up at our Halla Halla Shop if you have selected pick-up at Halla Halla Shop as your delivery method. Please do wait for our confirmation email before pick-up.

Please note that pick-ups can be done only during opening hours. You can find the opening hours and more information about our shop here.

Can I track my order?

Tracking codes are available for these shipping options: Posti Small Package, Posti Express Package, GLS Standard Shipping and DHL Express Worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer FREE EXPRESS WORLDWIDE shipping for all orders over 150 EUR (after discounts).

How do I use a promo code or a gift card?

First, go to shopping cart and click view basket. Once you reach the basket page, you will see a promo code field on the left hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply code to see the price drop reflected.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information.

Please note: for International shipments shipping status and tracking code will be sent by DHL or GLS.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation?

The order confirmation arrives directly to the email address you provided during the order process. Please verify that your email was entered correctly and check the different folders in your email inbox, including junk and spam folders. 

If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email, please contact info@hallaxhalla.com.


If you think you gave us the wrong email address, please do email us at info@hallaxhalla.com and we will update your email address to the correct one.

I just realised i put a wrong delivery address, what do i do?

Kindly contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com as soon as possible. We will gladly change your shipping information for as long as your item has not yet been shipped. 

We are not responsible for any delays brought by this.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our team is fast at processing orders so if you do change your mind contact us as soon as possible at info@hallaxhalla.com. If the item has not been shipped we are more than happy to assist you with changing or cancelling your order.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Returns within the EU will be refunded shipping charges that have been made upon the purchase. If the customer has specifically requested non-standard delivery such as express delivery we will refund our standard delivery cost. Returns must be made within 30 days and please note that we do not return shipping costs for partial returns. 

Example: Customer ordered with Domestic Express delivery (non-standard delivery) so upon return will be refunded standard shipping cost 6,50€. We do not refund shipping costs for returns outside the EU.

Payments

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept online bank transfers and credit cards through our integrated Paytrail Payment & PayPal. 

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Choose this for Online Bank Transfer, Credit Cards & Paypal.

Is it safe to order from your webshop?

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology trusted by webshops. All of our payment transactions go through an external payment service such as Paytrail and PayPal. Credit card information is not processed through our online store. We collect only the information necessary for the customer's order at Checkout, and we treat customer order information confidentially, and we do not use any personal information for marketing purposes.

I keep getting errors while completing my payment. What can I do?

First of all, our apologies! In these cases, please try the following:

Contact your issuing bank as they may be blocking the transaction. Some banks prohibit international transaction or your limit may be insufficient.There may be issues with the volume of transactions or your connection. Kindly try again after some time.Try another payment provider or another browser.Wait for the payment service provider to re-direct back to our shop.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, all our items have a 14 day return/exchange policy. We process all exchanges as returns. After filling the return form and receiving our confirmation email you can order a new item from our online store using a free shipping code. Please visit this page to start an exchange or return.

Please note! Items purchased at the Halla Halla Shop are not eligible for exchanges, as you can try them on in-store before making a purchase.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Sure hun, make sure the size you want is available in our webshop and fill in the return form. After you have received our return confirmation email you can order a new item from our online store using the free shipping code. Ship the returned item to us by following the instructions in the return confirmation email.

Can I bring my return to the Halla Halla Shop?

Sure hun! Returns to our shop can be made within opening hours. We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12-18.

How do I return my order?

1. Fill in the 3-step return online form here

2. After clicking “complete and send” on the return form you will receive a return confirmation email. 

2. Send the unworn and undamaged item(s) to the address in the confirmation email and remember to write your order number and full name on the envelope.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Do I have to return the whole order?

No, you only need to return the items you wish to return.

When do i need to return my items the latest?

We accept returns requested within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.

Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?

In order for us to approve your return, the order/items must meet the following conditions:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Do sale items have a return policy?

Yes! All items purchases on our online store have a full 14-day return/exchange policy and that includes items that are on sale.

Do items purchased in the Halla Halla Shop have a return/exchange policy?

Items purchased in the Halla Halla Shop do not have a return/exchange policy as you are able to try on the items at the store before purchasing them.

I am unable to fill-out the return form online. What do I do?

Please verify the following first: 

1. Did you fill out your order number without the # sign?

2. Is your email address correct on the order form?

3. Are you outside of the 14-day exchange/return window?

If you purchased the item(s) with a gift card, please contact returns@hallaxhalla.com to get more info.

If you are still unable to fill-out the return form, please send an email to returns@hallaxhalla.com with your return information.

I returned an item, do you need my bank account number?

We do not need your bank account number as all returns are processed through our payment service provider Paytrail. When we receive your return shipment and have processed your return, you will receive a separate email confirmation.

I want to cancel a return. What do I do?

This is completely ok, we are happy to cancel your return hun. Please send us an email to returns@hallaxhalla.com to cancel your return form. You will receive an email confirmation that won’t require a response.

Have you received my return yet?

You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

Returns can take up to 14 business days to arrive to us, depending on the shipping method you choose. We will process your return in 1-2 business days after we receive it.

I received the wrong order!

Our apologies! While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.

My item was damaged / faulty!

All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that they are the highest quality.  In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is faulty, contact us info@hallaxhalla.com within 14 days from receiving the item. Please include your order number and images showing the faulty/damaged item.  We'll sort out the problem quickly. We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.

My item has developed a manufacturing fault

If you’ve purchased an item from us within the last 12 months and it’s developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com. Our customer service team will be in touch to let you know how to proceed. To speed up the process, please attach images and your order number. We are not responsible if the item(s) have been used or washed in an inappropriate manner, without following the instructions/warnings provided by us  on hangtags or labels. We will do our best to come to a resolution as soon as possible.
