Please note that if you are ordering outside the European Union the price does not include any duty or tax fees that you may incur in your country. You may be required to pay duty, VAT, or customs charges on your purchase. International orders will receive shipping updates from GLS or DHL Express.

Exchange / return policy

Once you’ve received your Halla Halla swimwear and you realise that you need a different size or you just wish to return the item, don’t worry hun! All our Halla Halla items have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the day you receive your order. We will exchange or refund any clean and unworn swimwear that has been returned within 14 days. The product must have its hygiene sticker and the tags still attached. For exchanges and returns please allow us 1-3 days to process your exchange or return after we have received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns but will receive a free shipping code for the exchange or a future purchase.

If you have purchased a bundle product and you wish to return it, the complete bundle must be returned to us. We cannot return only part of a bundle product.

Returns within the EU will be refunded shipping charges that have been made upon the purchase. If the customer has specifically requested non-standard delivery such as express delivery we will refund our standard delivery cost. Returns must be made within 30 days and please note that we do not return shipping costs for partial returns. We do not refund shipping costs for returns outside the EU. Example: Inside Finland customer ordered with Posti Express delivery (non-standard delivery) so upon return will be refunded standard shipping cost 6,50€.

Please note! Items purchased at the Halla Halla Shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as you can try them on in-store before making a purchase.

If you wish to exchange or return your item(s) please fill out the Exchange / Return form before you ship your item(s) back to us. Keep in mind that all exchanges will be processed as a return. After submitting the return form you will receive a free shipping coupon code for your future purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns but will receive a free shipping code for the exchange or a future purchase.

Refusing to accept the order

Please note! If the customer refuses to accept the order or does not pick it up, the package will be returned to us. In this event customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any additional fees caused by this. Once we have received the package and processed the return all the fees above will be deducted from the return.

Unpaid return shipments

Packages that are sent back to us unpaid incur a lot of additional costs for us since we need to pay the postal service to redeem the unpaid packages.
We will charge 10€ per shipment to cover these additional costs and will deduct this charge from your refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Product manufacturing error

If you’ve purchased an item from us within the last 12 months and it’s developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com. Our customer service team will be in touch to let you know how to proceed. To speed up the process, please attach images and your order number. We are not responsible if the item(s) have been used or washed in an inappropriate manner, without following the instructions/warnings provided by us on hangtags or labels. We will do our best to come to a resolution as soon as possible.

Incorrect order or faulty item

If you happen to receive an incorrect order or faulty item, please contact us directly at info@hallaxhalla.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as possible.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

House of Halla Oy collects information needed for delivering goods from the webshop and handling the product returns and exchanges from the webshop safely. Purpose of our email subscription list is to provide new information about our products and services to the customer. Email subscribers are separated from the webshop customers. No information provided on the checkout page or on the return and echange forms are being used for marketing purposes.
